20 Toorak Rd is a fantastic little pet friendly two bedroom house absolutely perfect for a small family, couple or singles. It is located a short stroll from the Bright town and the Centenary Park playground. Linen NOT supplied.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 people)
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and single bunk

Doonas & pillows supplied. Please bring your own sheeting and towels.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is self-contained with all of your basic requirements including electric stove & oven, fridge with freezer, and microwave oven. There is also a compact extendable dining table.

LOUNGE
The living area is very comfortable with seating for 5 with a TV and DVD player.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the living area keeps the house cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is spacious and features a deep bath and separate shower, toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
20 Toorak Ave has a fully fenced backyard with both a wood and gas BBQ and pergola. It is spacious, perfect for kids that need room to play and within walking distance to the park and river. Best of all....your furry pet friends are more than welcome here!

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome at 20 Toorak Road! The yard is fully enclosed.

To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you pick up after your pets.

LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities are located in the bathroom and include a washing machine and laundry tub. A clothes line is located in the back yard.

PARKING
A carport accommodates one car undercover and a further car can be accommodated off street.
