Bedroom one:King Bed with ensuite
Bedroom two: Double Bed.

Linen and towels are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooking, fridge and microwave, a dining table for 6 and breakfast table for 4.

LOUNGE
The spacious lounge room has seating for 8, a TV & DVD player, split system heating & cooling and a combustion wood fire where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the free WiFi.

HEATING & COOLING
36 Bakers Gully Road offers a split system in the lounge for heating and cooling as well as a wood fire to keep you cosy in Winter.

BATHROOM
The property has a main bathroom with stylish shower, toilet, deep basin set in redgum and is also home to the washing machine and dryer. The ensuite includes a large shower, toilet and redgum vanity.

OUTDOORS
The outdoor area features a good sized undercover deck with a gas BBQ, outdoor setting, space for kids to run around but the highlight would have to be the creek running through the property.

PET POLICY
You are more than welcome to bring your pet but please note that the fencing is not secure. To ensure that Bright Holidays can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that clean up after your pets.

LAUNDRY
The laundry facilities include awashing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and is located in the main bathroom

PARKING
Undercover, off-street parking and close to town.
