Browse through our properties under the “Accommodation” tab and choose the holiday home that you would like to book.
All properties have linen and bed making supplied unless otherwise stated.
Then just fill in the booking details as prompted, once submitted you will receive a booking request notification via email.
Your booking request will be reviewed the next business day and if available it will then be converted to a Pending Booking.
The booking is now pending the payment of the Deposit; payment is required within 48 hours to confirm the booking,
Once the deposit is received your booking will be updated to a Confirmed Booking, if prompt payment is not received the booking will be cancelled.
The Balance of your tariff is due no later then 14 days prior to your arrival date. Please note, if your Booking is made less then 14 days from your arrival then the deposit and full balance is required within 48 hours of making the Booking.
You must also submit a Guest ‘Security Bond’ Authority Form when making the final payment. If full payment is not received or your bond form not submitted then keys will not be available and your booking will be cancelled.
You can Check-In to your property anytime after 2pm on the day of your arrival. Keys are to be picked up from our office at 20 Ireland Street Bright. If you are arriving outside of office hours, an after hour key pick up can be arranged.
