- For all 2 night bookings a 100% deposit of the tariff is required, and for 3 or more night bookings a 50% deposit of the tariff is required as well as an administration booking fee of $25.00 per propertyto confirm a booking. This deposit and administrationbooking feeis payable within 48 hours from the date you make the booking. Please note: The administration booking fee of $25 is non-refundable if this booking is cancelled.
- A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address, as well as credit card details. If credit card details cannot be supplied a $400.00 CASHsecurity bond is payable. Any refund of bond will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
- For your convenience, linen is supplied at 20 Mountbatten Avenue.
