LOUNGE, KITCHEN & DINING
The entertaining happens upstairs at 20 Wills Street and is all open plan. The custom designed kitchen has everything you would expect with the high end aesthetics of Franke appliances, oven, cooktop, dishwasher and microwave will have you wanting to cook up a storm or perhaps allow us to arrange a gourmet hamper that will await you filled to the brim with delicious, local produce & wines. There is also ample storage well stocked with a range of cooking equipment. The essential coffee machine is also present in the butlers pantry for your morning kick start & is Nescafe pod compatible.
The open plan design offers quality furnishings with a smart TV and, the lounge has a large 3 seater leather sofa with a single occasional chair to relax with a wine and a book. Dining can either be casual at the stone kitchen island bench or sitting down at the table for 4, perhaps you could open the balcony sliding doors to bring in the alpine breeze of a Summer evening with a BBQ on the deck.
HEATING & COOLING
All of the bedrooms downstairs have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer and ducted heating/cooling all through the apartments will keep you comfortable all year round.
There are three beautifully finished bathrooms on offer. The two ensuite bathrooms and the combined bathroom/laundry are both with heated towel rails, the configuration is a large shower, vanity and toilet in the same space.
20 Wills Street is not a pet friendly property.
The laundry is provided in the main downstairs bathroom with Bosch appliances, ironing board & iron is upstairs in the butlers pantry.
There is a space for one car at the rear of the property.
