Two of the five townhouses have been named in memory of the Australian modernist artists: Joy Hester and Sunday Reed (Heidi Collective art movement) and one in celebration of iconic landscape painter John Olsen. A further two townhouses have been named for contemporary artists Margie Sheppard and Dean Bowen, in recognition of their modernist approach.

The entertaining happens upstairs at 20 Wills Street and is all open plan. Thecustom designedkitchen has everything you would expectwith the high end aesthetics of Franke appliances will have you wanting to cook up a storm or perhaps allow us to arrange a gourmet hamper that will await you filled to the brim with delicious, local produce & wines. There is also ample storage and well stocked with a range of cooking equipment. The essential coffee machine is also presentfor your morning kick start & is nescafe pod compatible.

The open plan design offers quality furnishings with a smart TV. The lounge has 2large 3 seater leather sofas with ample seats around the kitchen island bench. Dining can either be casual at the stonekitchen island bench or sitting down at the table for 8, perhaps you could open thethe balcony sliding doors to bring in the alpine breeze of a Summer evening with a bbq of the deck.

HEATING & COOLING
All of the bedrooms downstairs have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer and ducted heating/cooling all through the apartments will keep you comfortable all year round.

BATHROOMS
There are threebeautifully finished bathrooms on offer. The two ensuite bathrooms and the combined bathroom/laundry all with heated towel rails, the configuration is alarge shower, vanity and toilet in the same space.
